At the intersection of deep technical fluency and executive expectation, I help organisations move from Data & AI ambition to delivered outcomes — equally at home in a whiteboard session with ML engineers, driving use cases through to production, and presenting investment cases to Senior and Executive Leadership Teams. Strategy matters, but so does execution: my focus is on extracting realizable benefit from every initiative.

As Data & AI Principal at Telstra InfraCo, I lead the Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence, own the three-year InfraCo AI Roadmap, govern the end-to-end AI use-case lifecycle, and steer ongoing Data & AI planning and investment initiatives. In H1 FY26 my team shipped three production AI/ML use cases forecast to deliver $2.5M+ in annual net benefits — with 100% Data & AI governance compliance.

Over 15 years I've contributed to programs worth more than $1.6B in contract value, $400M+ in revenue delivery, and $200M+ in customer contracts secured through advanced data analysis — work recognised by the Executive Directors Award and two Excellence Awards.
